Goblins

While Goblins are a scourge upon every known land, none were ever so beset as Novantica. Stories tell of the multitude throng overwhelming the established fortresses of the Pyramis people. As the Goblins were the only survivors and are likewise horrible historians, we may never truly know how they accomplished such a feat. To the modern day, each tribe of Goblins is a loosely-packed bunch of trouble. As eager to prey upon one-another as anything or anyone else that moves, the Goblins represent one of the most persistent and real threats of Novantica.

Not many Goblins are spiritual, but for those that are most choose to throw their lot in with Dollah, Goddess of Good Fortune (who is usually drawn or carved the form of a voluptuous Goblin-like angel with stubs for wings and coins between her fingers). While established churches are scarce, many Goblins have taken advantage of Dollah's popularity and sell cheaply made statuettes and trinkets for outrageous prices in her name. Other Goblin tribes are known to revere Kunack who is not a god at all, but rather was a killer of the most bloodthirsty sort. These practitioners will mutter 'prayers' to Kunack as a way for coping with some of the more graphic aspects of Goblin life in Novantica, but none actually expect anything to come of it.
